Frequently Asked Questions
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2 - 4 days. From there, delivery usually takes about 15 - 30 business days, but can take longer from time to time. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your package is at all times. Please note, some items may be shipped in different packages depending on your order.
(Some shipping times have been affected due to the current coronavirus pandemic. We are doing everything me can to minimize the impact.)
What's your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@chloeandniko.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for shipping costs for all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Why can't I purchase an item on your store?
Some items in our collection has restricted delivery to the United States by our supplier.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as items with unique art design, special orders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as beauty products, underwear or bathing suits). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 7-14 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. If you cancel your order but still receive the package, please contact us at info@chloeandniko.com to make arrangements to return the item. Please note: Many of our products feature unique artwork, which is made to order. Once your request has been sent out to the manufacturer it cannot be changed or canceled.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective-- then simply notify us at info@chloeandniko.com, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, please let us know.
